(OQC) was awarded a subcontractor by the contractor Larsen & Toubro Hydrocarbon Engineering (LNT) for execution of General Civil & Building Works in Haliba Field Development Project under Al Dhafra Petroleum Operations Company Limited (Al Dhafra).

The new facilities consist of a Well Heads, Central Gathering Facility (CGF) & Tie-ins at ADCO ASAB and associated ancillaries to be constructed in Haliba Field. The flow line from well heads shall be tied into the CGF and from CGF 16” export oil line will be connected with ASAB under this project.

OQC scopes covered the construction of Substation Building, Civil works for Multi pumps, production and Test manifolds, Multi flow selectors, Multi flow meters, Chemical injection skid, Close Drain Vessel and Vent Stack, Pig Launcher for export pipeline, Utilities, Surface water injection pump, Emergency diesel generator, fence and road for common facilities, Nitrogen, Instrument Air & Plant Air receiver, Pipe sleppers also includes RCC Electrical & instrumentation Trench, Corrosion inhibitor skid, Transformer and Pipe supports foundations in well heads.
